In order to ensure your comfort during your stay we are one of the few houses now equipped with air conditioning! Air conditioning in Mexico during the summer time is a very good thing. If Copa de Oro is unavailable for the dates you would like, we would be happy to refer you to other home owners in the association.
The house is for rent by the week, from 3pm on Saturday until noon the following Saturday (we need time to clean), though special arrival and departure days might be available at times, and might require an extra charge.
Reservation requires 50% of rent to save the week, full payment at least 2 months prior to stay. Cancellation Policy: Refund except $200 re-booking fee up to 3 months prior to stay, after that a refund if we re-rent.
Daily maid service (except Sundays and Mexican holidays) is included in the price, though your US$30-US$40 tip to maid at week’s end is customary.
Rules of Occupancy and Liability Disclaimer:
The house permits a maximum of 7 adults, or 8 people total if at least 2 are young children. Houses are primarily for the enjoyment of families, so no loud parties in or around the house after 10pm, unless you have rented the complex.
No pets unless specifically approved by owners.
No smoking inside of the homes, outside is OK.
Vacationing in a Mexican beach town is different than living or vacationing in the U.S. or Canada, and carries additional risks, including: swimming pools without fences nor lifeguards; beaches without lifeguards; bars which serve liquor to anyone who orders regardless of age; balconies, windows and stairways without fall protection devices; lack of smooth roads and sidewalks; different traffic patterns, rules and customs; vacationers’ ability to overindulge and become careless; and different codes, laws and traditions for activities, construction and safety.
Renters take full responsibility for all damages to themselves and their party for any reason. All homes are in the Mexican state of Nayarit, and all renters are required to agree that any legal proceedings shall be in that state, and in no other venue.
